Workshop Cancellations and Changes by Urbanlux:
Thank you for choosing to participate in our paint workshops. We look forward to welcoming you and providing a creative and enriching experience. Please review our non-refundable policy regarding workshop registrations:
1. Non-Refundable Registration:
All registrations for our paint workshops are non-refundable. When you register, we reserve a spot just for you while committing resources to prepare for your participation, including materials, staffing, and other logistics.
2. Transfer of Registration:
If you are unable to attend the workshop for which you are registered, you have the option to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop date if you wish to transfer your spot. You can do so by contacting our workshop coordinator at (610) 409-1999.
3. Rescheduling by Participant:
While your registration is non-refundable, we understand that unexpected events can occur. You may reschedule your participation to a future workshop (subject to availability) if you provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled workshop date.
4. Workshop Cancellations and Changes by Urbanlux:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule to a new date.
5. No Shows:
Failure to attend a workshop without prior notification (no show) will result in the forfeiture of your workshop fee.
6. Severe Weather or Unexpected Events:
If severe weather or another unexpected event forces the closure of our workshop venue, participants will be notified of alternative arrangements.
