Handcrafted Production Timeline

Every UrbanLux piece is made to order. Production begins once your design selections are finalized and your deposit is received.

  • Standard lead time: 6–10 weeks
  • Large or specialty builds: 10–14 weeks
  • Range hoods, built-ins, and custom cabinetry: Timelines vary based on scope

You will receive updates at key milestones, including build start, assembly, finishing, and delivery scheduling.

Local Delivery (Within 30 Miles of Harleysville, PA)

We personally deliver within a 30-mile radius of Harleysville, Pennsylvania to ensure your piece arrives safely and is handled with care.

  • Blanket-wrapped transport
  • Placement inside your home
  • Basic assembly (if required)

Local delivery fees are calculated based on distance and invoiced separately after purchase.

Freight Delivery Across the Continental United States

For clients outside our local radius, we partner with trusted white-glove freight carriers who specialize in transporting handcrafted furniture.

  • Professional packaging
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Inside delivery to the first accessible room
  • Optional white-glove setup (varies by carrier)

Freight charges are invoiced separately once your piece is ready to ship. This ensures accurate, real-time pricing based on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Damage

In the rare event of freight damage:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and affected areas
  • We will handle the claim directly with the carrier
  • Repairs or replacements are provided at no cost to you

Your satisfaction and the integrity of your piece are our priority.

Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your piece from our workshop:

  • We will schedule a pickup appointment
  • We recommend bringing blankets, straps, and a suitable vehicle
  • UrbanLux is not responsible for damage that occurs during customer transport

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
