Order Adjustments

If you need to adjust your selections after placing an order, please reach out within 48 hours. We can typically update height, finish, or wood species as long as production has not begun.

Exchanges

While we do not offer traditional exchanges, we will always work with you if something arrives damaged or incorrect. Simply contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and our team will make it right.

Damage or Freight Issues

In the rare event of shipping damage, we handle all claims directly with the carrier. Replacement or repair is provided at no cost to you.
