Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Every UrbanLux piece is made to order, allowing you to tailor dimensions, proportions, and design details to your space. If you need guidance, we’re happy to help determine the best fit.

What wood species do you offer?

We work primarily with premium hardwoods including Maple, Ash, White Oak, and Walnut. Each board is hand‑selected for grain harmony and character.

Can I request a custom finish?

Absolutely. We offer a curated range of neutral, modern finishes, and we can explore custom tones upon request. If you have inspiration photos or a specific palette in mind, feel free to share them.

How does shipping work?

All furniture ships via local delivery or trusted white‑glove carriers. Shipping rates are calculated individually based on distance, access, and delivery needs. You may request a quote before ordering.

Do you offer white‑glove delivery?

Yes. White‑glove delivery includes blanket‑wrapped protection, room‑of‑choice placement, and removal of packaging materials.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is handcrafted to order, all sales are final once production begins. Please review all measurements and selections carefully before purchasing.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece. We will work with you to repair or replace it as needed.

Can I visit the studio?

Studio visits are available by appointment only. If you’d like to see materials, finishes, or discuss a custom project, please reach out to schedule a time.
